Why do I see my excluded ingredients in the app?

Even though we personalize every single Beyond Body meal plan to meet your needs, sometimes an excluded ingredient might appear as an option if a certain meal has limited variations. Please keep in mind that these are just that: possible ways to cook a meal that's recommended to you.

To modify meals to suit your dietary preferences completely, follow the instructions in this article.
