If the meals in the app don't match your book, you might need to regenerate your plan in the app. However, if you do that, we will not be able to retrieve the plan you had before the reset.
If you’re ready to regenerate your plan, please follow these instructions:
- Open the Beyond Body app.
- Click the Profile option at the bottom right corner.
- Tap Settings > Meals.
- Tap Change meal type
- Click Select on Your nutrition management plan
- Pick the start date and tap Save.
