The Beyond Body app is divided into 5 main sections, which you can see at the bottom menu.
- Today. Keep up with everything you have to do to stick to your plan. This is your daily schedule.
- Meals. Opens your diet plan. In the app, you can see that each day is divided into three main meals and two snacks. Once you eat a meal, please select Done to update your progress (or mark Skip if you don't eat the meal).
- Shop list. Shows you the groceries you need to buy for selected days or a whole week.
- Workouts. Choose from Your plan workout or Explore all workouts and challenges.
