If you wish to reset your meal plan, follow these simple steps:
- Open the Beyond Body app.
- Go to the Profile option from the bottom right corner.
- Tap Settings > Meals.
- Tap Change meal type
- Select the preferable meal plan, and it will start from day 1.
- Pick the start date and tap Save.
At the moment, there's no option to delete your weight history and statistics you've logged.
