Doesn’t MyBody interfere with my Beyond Body plan?

No — MyBody and Beyond Body do not interfere with one another.

They are separate, complementary programs designed to support healthy habits in different ways and can be used together without any technical issues.

How they work together

• Beyond Body provides a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your quiz results.

• MyBody is a digital wellness app focused on daily tracking, habit building, and progress monitoring.

• Because they are independent products:

  • Each has its own account and subscription

  • One does not override or change the other

  • Using one does not affect access to the other

Using both programs at the same time

Some users choose to:

• Follow Beyond Body’s meal ideas and guidance

• Use MyBody to track meals, habits, or activity

This is completely optional. If recommendations differ, users can simply follow the guidance that feels most suitable for their goals.

Important to know

• MyBody is an optional add-on and not required to use Beyond Body.

• Results and recommendations may vary between programs, as each uses its own personalization method.

• There is no automatic syncing between Beyond Body and MyBody.
