The Beyond Body app is divided into 5 main sections, which you can see at the bottom menu.
- Activity. Keep up with everything you have to do to stick to your plan. This is your daily schedule. You can find the Your progress today bar in this section of the app.
- Meals. Opens your diet plan. In the app, you can see that each day is divided into three main meals and two snacks. Once you eat a meal, please select Done to update your progress (or mark Skip if you don't eat the meal).
- Shop list. Shows you groceries you need to buy for selected days or a whole week.
- Workouts. Choose from Personalized workout plan or Explore all workouts & challenges.
